Under the education system of the Jesuits, Wah Yan - a place that offers students a holistic, liberating and transforming Catholic education, aims to turn Wahyanites into competent, committed, compassionate, spiritual and ethically discerning gentlemen. The Jesuit education has provided Wah Yan with an unique history and culture, allowing Wahyanites to have a relatively free room to find out and to make use of their own potentials. Apart from academic results, the outstanding achievements in sports, music, debating, drama and other aspects have also shown their fascinating talents.

As the student association last year had motivated the students to be more proactive in different aspects, it is seen that Wahyanites are promoting the school to a much higher level. However, to strive for better, the goal and the vision of the students should be clearer and more oriented. It is also seen that the sense of belonging towards Wah Yan has been weakening. A vision for the entire school is needed to let Wahyanites further develop themselves, contribute more and build more confidence to the school, bringing all of us together to achieve unity.
